Due to the nature of international shipping, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. We carefully package and ship all orders worldwide from South Korea, with processing typically taking 3-5 business days and international delivery spanning 10–20 business days (subject to customs delays). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and exclude customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which remain the customer’s responsibility. Note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and for approved returns of defective/damaged items, only the product cost (not original shipping fees) will be refunded. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before ordering, as we cannot redirect or replace orders sent to incorrect addresses.
