  • Delivery Time: International shipping may take 10–20 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.

  • Tracking Information: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

2.Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

3.Handling & Packaging

  • All items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  • If your order arrives with visible damage, please contact us immediately.

4.Non-Refundable Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, even for defective/damaged items.

  • For approved returns of damaged items, we will refund the product cost only (excluding original shipping fees).

5.Important Notes

  • Address Accuracy: Double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We cannot redirect or replace orders sent to incorrect addresses.

  • Customs Delays: Delays caused by customs are beyond our control. Please contact your local postal service for updates.

    • To qualify for a return or refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  2. Conditions for Defective or Damaged Items

    • If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

    • Provide clear photos showing the damage or defect along with your order number.

  3. Refund Process

    • Refunds for defective or damaged items will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

    • Please allow up to 7 business days for processing after the item is received.

  4. Exclusions

    • Items that are not defective or damaged cannot be returned or refunded.

    • Custom orders and sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns.
